We are delighted to be taking part in this year’s Spring Bulbs for Schools Investigation with The Edina Trust, which also marks the project’s 20th anniversary. Our Class 1 pupils have embraced the opportunity to contribute to a nationwide scientific study, joining 178 schools in collecting and sharing weather and flowering data throughout the year.
The project has been enthusiastically led by one of our Year 3 students, whose leadership from the very beginning through to completion has been instrumental in guiding the group. From planting daffodil, crocus and mystery bulbs to recording environmental changes, pupils are developing valuable skills in observation, teamwork and scientific enquiry.
We are excited to be part of such an engaging initiative and look forward to celebrating our findings alongside schools across the country.
