Links to Everyday Life

Art plays a powerful role in how we see, feel, and understand the world around us. It helps students express emotions, tell stories, and communicate ideas in ways that words sometimes can’t. From the design of packaging and fashion, to murals on buildings and the layout of our living spaces – art is everywhere.

Through studying art, students learn to observe carefully, think creatively, and solve problems visually – skills that are useful in everyday choices, from decorating a room to creating a social media post or appreciating culture and design in the world around them.
