Mental Health Resources
Being a parent can be tough at times, particularly when it comes to a young person’s mental and wellbeing. The following resources are aimed at parents and carers who have concerns about their children’s mental health and well being. The subjects covered on the website have been chosen by families and young people who have gone through their own mental health challenges.
What helped them may also help you: https://thismayhelp.me

My Family Coach is full of helpful support for the families and is powered by Team Teach, who have made this resource freely available to parents. The internet is full of parenting advice, however, it is difficult to find reliable information that you can trust. Visit the site to sign up.

This booklet will open in pdf.
It has been put together by Liverpool Mental Health Support Teams, and city partners as part of Liverpool’s Whole School Approach to Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing.
Over the next few weeks we will all experience extra pressures that will affect how we think and feel. It’s important to recognise that all of us have mental health and, just like our physical health, at this time it’s important to look after it.
Inside the booklet are a few tips, activities and useful information to help you to keep yourself and your family emotionally healthy at home.
