On Friday 16th December 2022, as part of the Family Engagement Team’s coffee morning, a number of parents took part in a cooking demonstration led by Mr Stewart.
Parents were shown festive-inspired ‘pigs in blanket’ pasta using the leftovers from Christmas dinner. This recipe is a cost-effective and easy way to change up your post-Christmas meals, if you are bored of the traditional turkey sandwiches and curries.
The session was enjoyed by all, especially Mr Gibbons, and I look forward to demonstrating more recipes our students love in the future.
